Ross Sergio, founder of Radiance Creative Co., brings a background in creative craftsmanship, business development, and thoughtful systems to the evolving business landscape of Bhutan. His work is rooted in a simple belief: technology and design should make businesses stronger without making them feel less human.
Ross began his professional journey as a photographer and videographer, capturing weddings and the meaningful milestones of people’s lives. That experience shaped the way he approaches his work today: with an appreciation for detail, an understanding of what matters to people, and a desire to create something that lasts.
In 2016, he founded Unrefined Art, a company dedicated to handcrafted, personalized artwork. Leading a team, Ross learned firsthand what it takes to grow a business while maintaining the personal attention that makes each client feel valued.
As the company expanded, he developed systems and introduced automation to improve efficiency and extend its reach. But growth was never about replacing the human connection. It was about creating more space for it. Every client deserved thoughtful communication, genuine appreciation, and an experience that felt personal.
That philosophy continues to shape Radiance Creative Co.
After transitioning away from Unrefined Art’s daily operations, Ross established Radiance Creative Co. in the United States and Bhutan, bringing together his creative background, entrepreneurial experience, and passion for solving problems. Today, he works to help businesses build stronger foundations through purposeful design, practical technology, and solutions shaped around the people they serve.
Ross is a husband, a father of five daughters, loves being in nature and finds deep fulfillment in meaningful relationships. He is naturally curious, enjoys thinking beyond conventional approaches, and is often drawn to the challenge of turning a complicated problem into a thoughtful solution.
For Ross, the work has never been just about building websites or developing systems. It’s about understanding people, recognizing potential, and creating something that helps people do what they love.
